The fee nobody explained
Banks reverse fees more often than people expect, and essentially always because somebody asked. It is a policy, not a favour, and there is no way to trigger it from the app.
The call is short. The hold before the call is not.
We take the hold, ask the question, and tell you what they said.
The fee appeared in March and again in April, May and June. Each month he meant to call. Each month the hold time was longer than the lunch break he had to make the call in.

Please call my bank's customer service and ask what the $35 fee charged on my account this month was for, and whether it can be waived.

Questions people ask
Will they discuss my account with an assistant?
For general policy questions, usually yes. Anything account-specific will require verification, which needs details the agent will not read out — the transcript tells you exactly where it stopped, so you know precisely what to do in two minutes yourself.
What if my English isn't good?
That is who this is built for. You write or speak your request in your own language — English, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean or Russian. The call itself is placed in English, and the transcript and result come back to you in your language.
Does the person on the other end know it's an AI?
Yes. Every call opens by saying it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf. That sentence is written into the code, not left to the model to decide, so it cannot be skipped.
How do I know what was actually said?
Every call comes back with a full transcript, line by line with timings, plus a short summary of the outcome. Calls are not recorded — you get the text, not the audio.
